Healthcare Law Veteran Matthew Vines Joins Company to Support
Claims and Denials Recovery for Hospitals
FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida, October 31, 2019 – Sunbelt Health Partners, an expert in increasing revenue for hospitals and specialty physician practices from international healthcare accounts receivables, has named Matthew Vines, a 16-year healthcare legal veteran, to steer the company’s expanded healthcare claims recovery services.
The arrival of Vines comes as the 30-year-old company rebrands and positions itself to support specialty physician practices and revenue cycle management companies. After so much time in the market, Sunbelt felt that the rebrand and service expansion were complementary actions. The new payer management and advisory services offerings will focus on the most challenging claims that healthcare providers are not equipped to address internally or with standard revenue cycle vendor services.
“Matt has deep experience in hard-to- address claims and the legal skills to support patient relationships and generate results for healthcare providers,” says David Agarth, chief executive officer for Sunbelt.“He has a unique blend of operational, legal, and strategic skills that will help Sunbelt Health Partners accelerate its expansion into serving specialty physician practices and revenue cycle companies.”
Prior to joining Sunbelt HP, Vines was the chief operating officer for RSource Healthcare, a Boca Raton-based specialist in the collection of problematic healthcare claims. Before joining RSource, Vines was Director of Operations at AHC Healthcare Receivables.
